All orders are FREE DELIVERY* despatched by Royal Mail or via Courier* depending on the items ordered. Please note large items are despatched by courier only, these are also FREE SHIPPING* to the mainland UK but exceptions apply see below:-

Unfortunately we DO NOT ship to BFPO addresses with the exception of Royal Mail 2nd class post (Size restrictions apply).

Please Note - If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Baby 1 Stop will not be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result of your error.

City Link will attempt delivery a maximum of two times, if you miss them they will leave a card for you to contact them, they will try to delivery twice after this you will be required to collect the item from our local delivery depot or pay  a redelivery fee for a third attempt.  If you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card, left by our courier within 5 days, your order will be returned to the sender (Baby 1 Stop) and you will be charged for the return of the order.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns & Replacements

Our products and manufacturers are carefully selected and we think you will love the quality of what we offer. However, in the event that your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, here is what you can do:

 

Return policies can vary according to product. We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery to you. The goods must be unused, in fully re-sellable condition and in their original packaging; they must be returned at the customer's expense and sent back to us. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns must be sent via a trackable insured method. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Send only by method that requires a signature. We are unable to collect items directly from customers. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days  subject to our receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale. Please note a restocking fee will apply equivalent to the original cost we incurred to post the item out to you..

 

If you wish to return something you have bought, e-mail us at  greensandco@aol.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returns cannot be accepted without this number.

 

Replacements and Damaged Goods

 

Careful quality control is exercised before our goods leave the manufacturer. Our carriers will exercise every care in ensuring the goods reach you in perfect condition.

However, should an accident happen, here's how to deal with it: When you take delivery you should inspect what you've ordered and if there is any damage to your goods, note it on the delivery note . DO NOT REFUSE THE GOODS. Then email our customer support team for assistance at greensandco@aol.com  if it is not possible to verify the condition of the goods upon delivery then please note "Unable to inspect on delivery" on the delivery note or terminal. All cases of damage must be communicated to us within two days of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or of which we are notified after this period.

 

Faulty goods

 

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights and as quickly as possible.

 

Warranty Information

 

All brand new items are covered by 6 months warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in individual listings. We will refund or replace any product that displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase. If a replacement item is not available we will offer an equivalent item or refund you the item price in full after the item has been returned and inspected and fault confirmed.

 

If the product displays a manufacturing fault outside of the 28 day period but within the warranty period we will provide spare parts or repair the item free of charge. If the item needs to be returned the customer will be responsible for returning the item and paying the return charges initially. On receipt of the product and confirmation of a manufacturing fault within the warranty period this charge will be reimbursed to the customer.

 

The warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear through use or faults caused by misuse, neglect or accidental or intentional damage. The warranty does not cover commercial use. No claims will be accepted where the item has been modified or repaired by the customer or where the manufacturers instructions have not been followed.

 

Depending on the nature of the damage, a replacement product / part will be provided either direct from the manufacturer or from Baby 1 Stop. We will attempt to find the quickest solution for you..


Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and  you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

 We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards Via Paypal or pay directly from your Paypal account, .

 When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Cancellations

 

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the date of delivery.

Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.

Our Right To Cancel

If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement as any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you.  We shall promptly repay to you any sum paid by you in relation to this agreement.

We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

When an order is placed at our website, payments by credit / debit card are processed by our secure payment provider Paypal, all payments are encrypted using 128 bit encryption for your security.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.
